Pyramids Cafe, Murfreesboro TN and Antioch TN?

Does anyone know what kind of white cheese they use on their gyros? It’s sliced white cheese and I asked and they told me swiss but I don’t believe them. It’s so melty and gooey and yummy. Any help? Thanks

Black and white cookies or half moon cookies

Black and whites or half moon cookies are common on the East Coast. Black and white cookies are in-between a cookie and a cake. They were named Black and white as half of the cookie is iced with chocolate fudge and the other half has vanilla icing. They cost about $1.45 each. They taste awesome.
